Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with application support engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring ticket queues, auditing support activities, and generating reports.
• This role also involves handling provisioning requests via ServiceNow and Jira, and providing application support across various platforms.
• To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket, troubleshooting, etc.
• To interface with customers for ticket clarification/resolution.
• To update self on the latest technologies and related areas.
• Application support engineers or IT support engineers assist end users in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of mission-critical business applications.
• Understand, evaluate, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Advise management on resolution strategies and options.
• Develop a knowledge base of the best practices and processes.
• Responsible for continually improving application support efficiency, quality, and productivity.
