Senior Merchandiser - Development (Horana)

Bodyline is a joint venture between MAS Holdings, Triumph International Germany and Mast Industries USA, offering apparel solutions from concept to delivery. Bodyline specialises in producing fitted garments and superior next-to-skin performance wear; and is the go-to vendor for bra innovations. The company has evolved from making simple minimalist styles for a single customer to multiple styles and silhouettes across product categories for global brands.

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Bodyline team as a Senior Merchandiser-Development! This role would enable you to manage customer-expected product development needs, through a collaborative effort, with internal & external stake holders to make sure the product get commercialize with in the defined customer calendar which ultimately delivers customer satisfaction & business profitability.

Key Accountabilities:
• Manage customer timelines and action plans by driving internal cross-functional activities to meet both customer and internal deadlines effectively.
• Oversee seasonal product implementation, from design to commercialization, by collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the customer’s seasonal pipeline.
• Ensure accurate and consistent internal and external communication by preparing and sharing necessary documents, adhering to a "right-first time" approach.
• Plan and execute internal and external communications to ensure smooth bulk operations and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage connected systems to ensure the accurate flow of internal and external data.
• Identify gaps in existing processes, propose improvement initiatives, and monitor their progress to achieve measurable results.
• Assist the Account Manager in strategic business development efforts to sustain and grow the business.

Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Management.
• 2-3 years of experience in development merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of material development.
• Proven project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing techniques.
