Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to develop and implement the sports product testing and scientifically validate high support and medium support Bras with bounce level and compression levels through biomechanics and provide industry recognized reports with recommendations on the product designs to pitch concepts to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the calibration documents are maintained in the right accordance thereby caliber the lab once a week and maintain the equipment and the lab conditions in a timely manner in order to be align with the industry standards.
Calibrate the Wear trail pool once in two months and maintain a database with physical and mental wellbeing.
Work on an ethical consideration on research or the testing conducted to cover protect the rights of research participants, enhance research validity and maintain scientific integrity.
Build Co-creators/ wear trail cohort for Sports bra COE and ensure test and trail through independent wear trailing pool and Validate construction methods, seams and fabrics on its performance under perspiration.
Build co-relation with cohort feedback to the sports science for the development of product features to cater the end user experience.
Connect with Sports bra COE and Group projects on products validation to be the go-to partner for all sports bra related solutions for all high-end sports brands and work with the Sports bra COE teams on new innovations and provide value addition through testing and validations.
Conduct research-based work on sports bra science, liaising with major research institutions for novel advancements.
Generate Reports and publish the data in a meaningful way to receive patent to our products/concepts from customers.
Collaborating with the software providers, Other Business Units & customers find out system improvement areas, new Innovative ideas and new additions to enhance the current product.
Maintain the library of data to speed up the process & maintain the records and establish a proper checklist, surveys and documentations to get the comprehensive feedback and maintain a database.
Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following group/ company policies & procedures, best practices (where the group/ company policies and procedures are not defined) relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.


Knowledge and Skills:

Degree in Sports Science or Bio Mechanical field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in Apparel Manufacturing.
Advanced knowledge of different fabrics and trims in the industry for garment fit and construction.
Strong planning and organizing skills.
Good people management skills.
