Scope

The Group Risk & Control Executive is responsible to assist completion of assigned audits contained in the annual audit plan. The role holder is responsible for generating and presenting audit findings/ reports and assisting in implementing LRP initiatives/ projects. Role holder is also responsible for carrying out special assignments/projects which may be assigned from time to time.
Furthermore, the role holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Responsibilities

Responsible for execution of Quarterly Review of consolidated financial statements of the group
Audit or Review of selected financial statements of individuals entities
Developing analytical tools for continuous monitoring
Discussion of findings with senior finance leadership team and finalization of audit reports
Research and knowledge sharing on emerging financial reporting issues / New technical pronouncements / Analytics and AI

Qualifications

CA Passed Finalist / Finalist with Diploma in IFRS or similar certification
A minimum two years of work experience in a reputed firm of practicing accountants
In-depth knowledge about application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Exposure to preparation/ audit of consolidated financial statements
Exposure to data analytical tools (Power BI/ Tableau Python)
