Scope

The Senior Executive – Business Analytics is responsible for implementation of the assigned data / analytics business projects for the Brandix Analytics CoE. This includes working with cross functional stake holders for identification of business problems, mining / analyzing data sources, building analytics models / tools to generate insights, visualization and sharing of insights with business users, monitoring implementation outcomes and benefits realization. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Responsibilities

Implement assigned data / analytics business projects for the Brandix Analytics CoE, including identification of business problems, analyzing data sources, development of analytics models, etc.
Present project findings / recommendations to business users, including visualization & sharing of analytics insights, handholding for implementation, monitoring benefits realization, etc.
Work with the internal and external stake holders, including cross functional project teams, ICT, Ascent Business Solutionz, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field. 
3+ Years of relevant experience with expertise in business analytics. 
The ability to work with Python, SQL & Power BI is a must. 
Having experience with Databricks and Pyspark will be an added advantage. 
Advanced Excel knowledge and HR analytics experience would be an advantage.
