Company Description 

MILCO is the pioneer in the local dairy industry with a wide network in milk collection, production, and sales throughout the island with the "Highland" brand. It has four milk processing factories located in Colombo, Digana, Ambewela and Polonnaruwa. We are looking for dynamic & competent individuals to join our team.

Applications are called for Management Trainees in the under-mentioned fields. 

1. Projects & Engineering: Specialisation in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Marketing & Sales: Specialisation in Marketing Management.
3. Transport & Logistics: Specialisation in Transport & Logistics Management.
4. HR & Administration: Specialisation in Human Resources Management.
5. Purchasing: Specialisation in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management.
6. Dairy Development & Milk Procurement: Specialisation in Dairy Technology or Agriculture.
7. Finance: Specialisation in Accountancy.

Qualifications:

For most roles, a Degree from a University recognized by the UGC of Sri Lanka is required. The Purchasing role specifically requires a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management with Corporate Membership of ISMM.

Age Limit: 

Applicants must be "Below 35 yrs." of age.

Salary Scales:

A "Monthly Allowance of Rs. 60,000/-" is offered for all positions.

General Requirements for All Fields:

• Computer Literacy: Computer literacy will be considered as a required qualification for all roles.

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.

• Physical and Mental Fitness: Must be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the Island.

• Moral Character: Must be of excellent moral character.
