Milco (Private) Limited, also known as Milco, is a Sri Lankan state-owned dairy producer and a key player in the country's dairy industry. Established in 1956 as the National Milk Board, it's affiliated with the Ministry of Agriculture, Lands, Livestock & Irrigation. Milco focuses on collecting, processing, packing, distributing, and marketing milk products under the "Highland" brand. They operate four processing factories and have a wide network for milk collection, production, and sales across the island.
