KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirements for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi Observe and escalate any abnormalities seen in shop floor and engage in resolving them. Support continuously by looking for automation options to de‐skill the operation at the Pre‐Production stage and ensure the availability of the Tech Pack.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Following a Degree in Physical Science, Engineering from a recognised university or NDT Diploma or SLITA or Textile Management.
Strong analytical skills and an innovative mindset with strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
