Job Role:

• Conduct planned internal audits and prepare audit programs.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and perform fieldwork.
• Review internal controls, identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Draft and present audit findings to the Management.
• Support forensic audits and special investigations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to Management and audit committees.
• Any other tasks or projects as requested by the Management

Candidate Requirements:

• Anyone passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Completion of AAT is a plus; partly qualified in CA or CIMA (minimum intermediate level) is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in audit or related financial roles.
• Excellent IT literacy skills (MS Office package & Microsoft 365 applications)
• Solid understanding of auditing, accounting principles, process documentation, report writing, and data analytics.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills in English & Sinhala.
