Are you passionate about driving strategic IT initiatives and enhancing business processes through technology? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Manager – Business Analyst.

Job Profile:

Lead and execute business analysis processes to support strategic IT initiatives.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments and vendors.
Design and prototype new systems to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements for better performance and compliance.
Prepare software requirement specifications and system design proposals.
Conduct product training for end users and business owners.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards, and CBSL regulations.

Special Skills:

Strong analytical and financial skills
Project management and stakeholder engagement
Experience in FinTech or banking domains
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
Knowledge of industry trends in testing tools and technologies

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in IT or software business analysis roles
Proven experience in software/hardware solution implementation
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Management, or related fields (Part/Fully qualified)
Prior experience in financial services or banking is an added advantage
