Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, located in Colombo. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, training sales staff, and analyzing market trends to optimize marketing campaigns. The role also involves preparing and presenting sales reports to management.

• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Training and development abilities for sales staff
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and trend identification
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
