Programme Coordinator – Academic Division
Imperial College of Business Studies - Colombo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to join our Academic Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of academic programmes, including student registration, scheduling classes, and managing course materials.
- Student Support: Act as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and support on academic and administrative matters.
- Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate with faculty, lecturers, and other departments to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and update academic records, ensuring compliance with college policies and external accrediting body standards.
- Event Management: Assist in organising and executing academic events, such as orientations, workshops, and graduation ceremonies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the education sector.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
