Job Description:

The HR Intern supports IFS to run smooth HR operations in employee onboarding, offboarding, and other day-to-day activities in the HR domain. Building relationships with all stakeholders is a key to success in this role and it helps smooth operations.
 

• Involved in pre-onboarding / first day onboarding activities.
• Involved in the offboarding process for resigning employees together with other relevant stakeholders.
• Work with a Background Verification partner to complete BV reports and handle the PO process for payments.
• Collaborate with HRSSC and HRIS teams to change employee information in IFSBiz and maintain data quality.
• Contribute towards continuously improving HR operational processes.
  
   

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate in Human Resource Management stream.
• Previous internship working experience in the IT industry is an added advantage.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be well organized and possess good planning skills.
