What We’re Looking For?

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in financial management within plantation, agriculture, or a large-scale business environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in ERP systems and a passion for driving operational improvements.

Work Scope

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall finance function of the plantation sector, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, coordination with auditors, and providing strategic support to management
