Job Description 

Regional Development Bank, as the premier state-owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 272 branches islandwide, invites applications from experienced professionals with relevant qualifications and exceptional leadership skills for the following posts.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business Administration, Commerce or any other degree in a relevant subject area to the post, which is recognized by the U.G.C. 

And 

• A Postgraduate Degree qualification (Master's) in the relevant field or Associate Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institute. 

And 

• Minimum of 18 (Eighteen) years' experience in managerial level out of which 3 (three) years of experience should be at a senior managerial level with a proven track record in a Corporation, Statutory Board / Institution/or a reputed Mercantile Establishment after obtaining the first degree.

Salary Scale:

Rs. 114,560/-,3,375/- x 12-155,060/ 

(Approximate monthly remuneration will be around Rs. 215,000/)

Age Limit:

Should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years. The upper age limit will not be applicable to the Internal Candidates.

General Requirements:

• Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
• They should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the Island.
• They should be of excellent moral character.
