Job Description:
Imperial College of Business Studies - Colombo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Study Abroad Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling: Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and parents to understand their academic profiles, career goals, and study abroad preferences.
- Application Management: Guide students through the entire university application process, including selecting universities and preparing necessary documentation.
- University Partnerships: Maintain and build strong relationships with international universities and their representatives. Stay updated on admission requirements, scholarships, and new program offerings.
- Visa Guidance: Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on student visa procedures and requirements for various countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior consultants, ensuring the team delivers high-quality service and meets performance targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the education or study abroad industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures for popular study destinations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
