Executive - Industrial Systems Engineering - MAS Kreeda Biyagama

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the end-to-end process of fabric and trim costing, ordering, and issue resolution by working with systems like GERBER, SCAD, PLM and Shapeshifter, ensuring accurate and efficient consumption in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and manage GERBER and SCAD systems marker making.
• Analyze and understand consumption criteria including ratio, fabric width, fabric combination, and matching requirements.
• Calculate accurate fabric consumption using the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.
• Participate in and support the marker validation process to ensure optimized fabric usage.
• Identify and resolve fabric consumption-related issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Utilize Shapeshifter systems to support planning and order management tasks.
• Handle end-to-end trim ordering processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage thread ordering based on production needs and specifications.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree/ Diploma in Textile and apparel, Physical science or any related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in PLM and marker validation.
• Proficiency in GERBER and SCAD systems.
• Strong understanding of fabric consumption metrics and logic.
• Familiarity with shapeshifter systems.
• Good Negotiation and Communication skills.
