About the job

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the organization, improve processes, and deliver service excellence to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will lead impactful projects, design and deliver training programs, and generate positive financial contributions through cost savings, revenue generation, and avoidance of revenue leakages.

Job Profile:

• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the organization using the appropriate tools and techniques to improve processes by meeting project-level milestones and outcomes in a timely manner.
• Lead initiatives to deliver service excellence to internal and external customers by way of meeting the expected results of projects managed and training delivered.
• Projects impacting external customers by way of quality improvement, customer convenience, service satisfaction, and any other project-specific customer impacts will be considered.
• Projects impacting internal customers (staff/management) by way of process improvements, staff convenience, staff satisfaction and management satisfaction will be considered.
• Ensure the assigned self-learning activities are completed on time.
• Come up with required learning activities for the bank staff and design learning programs proactively.
• Maintain industry standards in designing and delivering training programs to the bank.
• Drive assigned training programs and ensure they are delivered to staff in an effective and timely manner.
• Lead the mentoring process to ensure trained staff complete certifications on time.
• Generate positive financial contributions to bank’s P&L by way of,

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years’ work experience in Banking, out of which 4 Years at the Managerial Level with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
• Certified Trainer

OR

• 7 years of demonstrated work experience, out of which 3 years at Manager level, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• Certified Trainer
• Degree from a recognized University or a Full/Part Qualification in Banking/ Finance (Completion of Certificate level of Banking Examination - CBF) or CIMA/CIM/ACA/ACC
