Personal Assistant to Director - Projects

We are looking for a personal assistant to join us for 1 year to support our Management Committee in executing and organizing the functional operations.

Requirements:

Be a past finalist in a professional qualification in Secretarial or completed a professional qualification such as CIM or CIMA/ Graduate, available to work full-time.
With 2 – 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/ administration or other related area.
Be able to work with multiple stakeholders with a strong bias for action.
Be able to support in executing administrative tasks related to any functional engagement.
