Nations Trust Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our IT Governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the backbone of our technology infrastructure by ensuring compliance, optimizing asset management, and supporting strategic IT initiatives.

Job Profile:

Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of IT assets (hardware, software, licenses), ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the central inventory system.
Assist in monitoring compliance across IT operations and projects by maintaining checklists, logs, and escalating non-compliance issues.
Support documentation and process maintenance for IT governance, including drafting, updating, and version-controlling operational procedures.
Review IT user access by supporting internal risk teams in conducting periodic reviews of privileged access across critical systems.
Assist in the preparation of the annual IT budget by compiling usage and cost data and coordinating with internal teams.
Identify inefficiencies in IT operations and asset management processes, propose improvements, and assist in implementing basic automation solutions.

Special Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IT or a similar role.
IT-related degree or minimum part qualification in Banking (Completion of CBF).
ITIL Foundation certification and related cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
