ikman (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager - IT Infrastructure to oversee IT operations, network support, and information security across two key markets in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day - to - day IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of systems in both markets.
• Oversee network support, including troubleshooting network issues, optimizing network performance, and implementing network security measures.
• Develop and enforce information security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align IT infrastructure accordingly.
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT infrastructure team, including training and performance management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's qualification is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNP, CompTIA Security +, etc.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in managing IT operations across multiple geographical locations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• In-depth understanding of information security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in leading and managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with teams in different markets.
