Chief Information Security Officer – Regional Development Bank Kelaniya

Regional Development Bank, as the premier state-owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 272 branches islandwide, invites applications from experienced professionals with relevant qualifications and exceptional leadership skills for the following post.

This will be a Senior Management level position (Assistant General Manager grade)

Required Qualifications & Experience: 

• Master's Degree in Information Security or Master's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, specializing in Information Security from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission 

• Overall 12 years of experience in information security/risk management/ cybersecurity and data protection, including 08 years in the Banking / Financial sector, and out of which 03 years should be at a Senior Managerial level (Senior Manager and above).

Key Requirements: 

At least one of the following Professional qualifications. 

• (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) 
• GIAC Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership (GSTRT) 
• GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP) 
• ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) / ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) / ISACA Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
