The Role:

 

  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through effective team leadership.
  • Manage and motivate showroom staff to deliver high performance.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, stock management, and showroom standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

 

The Person:

 

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in retail management (Preferably in consumer electronics or lifestyle products.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
