We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Supply Planning to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations, including order planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely availability of materials to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline supply planning activities to align with business objectives
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Monitor procurement schedules and support purchasing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
• Analyze supply chain data to identify gaps and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-8 years prior experience in supply planning or related supply chain functions is required
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with suppliers, teams, and management
• Capable of quickly addressing and resolving supply-related challenges
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other planning tools
• Ability to lead initiatives and work effectively across departments
