The National Council for Mental Health (NCMH) in Sri Lanka is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to improving mental health and care within the country. Established in 1982 and incorporated by an Act of Parliament in 1986, the NCMH aims to be a center of excellence for mental health services, facilitating the development of mental health care, and addressing the needs of individuals, communities, and special groups.
