Job Description:
As Social Content Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of compelling, high-impact content across IFS’s global social media channels. You will align with strategic Corporate brand, content and business priorities to create, execute and optimise campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our audiences, and support our business goals. This spans thought leadership, product launches, events, customer spotlights, brand activations, and team culture. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic and creative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. The role requires rigorous data-led social media best practice, combined with entrepreneurial thinking to test, learn and push boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and execute data-led content strategies tailored to each social platform (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) based on IFS’s current platform statistics and industry best practice
- Lead the creation of original, high-quality content: from copy to visuals that align with IFS’s brand voice and messaging
- Create content including short-form video, carousels, thought leadership posts and campaign assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product, HR, brand, regional teams) to source and shape stories
Channel Management & Innovation:
- Manage IFS’s global social media channels and employee advocacy platform (Oktopost)
- Monitor trends and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant
- Ensure consistency in tone, quality and visual identity across all platforms
Performance & Optimisation:
- Track and analyse content performance using social analytics tools
- Define and report on KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, click-throughs and content shares
- Use insights to inform content planning, A/B testing and continuous improvement
- Stay informed on platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams on social content best practices.
- Support regional and functional teams in localizing and amplifying global content.
- Partner with brand, PR and digital teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally in a B2B or tech environment
- Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for storytelling and tone of voice
- Visual literacy: comfortable briefing or collaborating on creative assets
- Experience with social media tools (e.g. Oktopost, Sprout, Hootsuite, native platforms)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Collaborative, proactive and adaptable: a team player who thrives in change
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation
- Familiarity with enterprise software or technology sectors
Additional Information:
We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences. By fostering a sense of community, we drive innovation, strengthen connections, and nurture belonging. Our commitment ensures you can work in a way that suits you best, while also engaging with colleagues to share ideas and build meaningful relationships.
