We’re seeking a Senior E-commerce Executive with at least 3 years experience in e-commerce management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, a strong focus on Shopify and e-commerce development, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Working independently, handling pressure, and meeting deadlines are essential. Familiarity with WooCommerce, Magento, and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp is a plus. A strong team player with a knack for cross-functional collaboration is desired.


Responsibilities

Manage and Optimize E-commerce Platforms:

-Oversee and optimize e-commerce platforms across brands, with a strong focus on Shopify, to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.
-Utilize Shopify expertise to develop and implement solutions that optimize platform performance and functionality, including proficiency in customizing Shopify themes, creating custom apps, and implementing Shopify Plus features.
-Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to enhance website performance, increase sales, and maximize ROI.
-Continuously improve the overall customer experience on the e-commerce platforms by identifying pain points and implementing solutions.
-Lead efforts in international expansion, optimizing e-commerce platforms for global markets, including localization, currency conversion, and international shipping options.
-Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration of tools and technologies, such as payment gateways, shipping solutions, and customer support systems.


Develop Strategic Plans:

-Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and enhance conversion rates, leveraging insights from market trends, customer behaviors, and data analytics.
-Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.


Streamline Checkout Processes:

-Streamline checkout processes and reduce cart abandonment rates to improve user experience


Utilize Data Analysis Tools:

-Utilize Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other user behavior tracking tools to track website traffic, analyze user behavior, and gain insights into customer interactions for optimization.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
-Provide regular updates and reports on sales status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.


Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

-Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align e-commerce goals with promotional and loyalty program efforts.
Lead and assist in implementing and managing loyalty programs to increase customer retention and lifetime value.


Troubleshoot Website Issues:

-Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly to ensure smooth operation and accurate product listings.
-Conduct periodic website audits to ensure that each section of the site is functioning as expected.


Task Management:

-Schedule and organize task assignments in coordination with the Team Lead to ensure alignment with established KPIs and goals.


Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, MIS, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
-Proven expertise in Shopify (minimum 2 years).
-Advanced Shopify expertise, including proficiency in Shopify Scripts, Shopify Flow, and Shopify POS.
-Familiarity with WooCommerce and Magento.
-Minimal knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
-Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to function independently under minimal supervision.
-Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong team player with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
-Data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
-Leadership in ecommerce innovation, with experience implementing emerging technologies and pioneering new trends in online retail.
-Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.


Good to Have

-Experience in implementing advanced loyalty program strategies, including segmentation, personalized rewards, and automated workflows.
-Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, and their applications in e-commerce.
-Experience in managing international e-commerce operations, including localization and cross-border logistics.
-Certification in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
-Participation in relevant industry conferences, workshops, or training programs
