Job Description

Job Summary:

The Learning Enablement Administrator is responsible for promoting and facilitating training programs through social media and various administrative tasks. This role includes managing and organizing virtual webinars, handling associated social media posts, supporting program processes, and analyzing customer success metrics related to certifications and training.


Key Responsibilities:

-Virtual Webinars: Create, manage, and promote webinars, ensuring they provide valuable insights and knowledge to the audience. This includes coordinating schedules, managing webinar platforms, and handling participant registrations.
-Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and post content related to training support on social media platforms. Engage with the audience to increase awareness and participation in training programs.
Program Management: Oversee various training program processes, including managing contracts, communications, and tracking participant progress. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
-Learning Analytics: Analyze data related to certifications and training consumed and purchased to measure customer success. Identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to enhance future training programs.
-Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive support and enablement efforts. Coordinate with instructors, marketing, and support teams to streamline training delivery and communication.
-Customer Engagement: Provide support to partners and customers by addressing inquiries related to training programs, certifications, and resources. Ensure a positive experience and high levels of satisfaction.
-Sales Coordination: Assist in creating and managing Global Training sales orders within Salesforce
Creation of Content Hub Sandboxes for learners

Qualifications

-Webinar Experience: Proven experience in creating and managing webinars, including familiarity with webinar platforms and tools.
-Social Media Skills: Experience in social media management and content creation on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Slack. Ability to engage effectively with online communities.
-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
-Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
-Training Knowledge: Familiarity with training programs and customer success metrics is a plus.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with various software tools and platforms for webinar management, social media, and data analysis.
-Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
-Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-Program Management: Experience in managing training programs and related processes.
-Proactive and Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
-Creative: Ability to develop engaging content and innovative training solutions.
-Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
