Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team at Spa Ceylon. In this role, you will drive our digital marketing strategy, optimize paid media campaigns, and ensure we reach our target audiences effectively. Responsibilities:

-Lead and Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
-Analyze Performance Data: Regularly analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers and content creators to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
-Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
-Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.
-Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

a)Skills:

-Proficient in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
-Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Creative mindset with attention to detail.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

b)Experience:

-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing roles.
-Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
-Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or similar qualifications are a plus.
