Job Role
- Process accounts/deposits opening, closing, and updates, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Handle customer inquiries related to account balances, transaction details, and banking products while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations & maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth functioning of the banking operations function.
- Assist in testing and implementation of new banking products and systems, contributing to projects aimed at automating processes and improving service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Banking Operations.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and software is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
