HR Executive – Recruitments – Katana / Kuliyapitiya Plants

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

-Liaise directly with the HR Manager & Plant Manager to address staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
-Devise and execute effective recruitment campaigns to attract talents.
-Ability to conduct employee retention programs
-Interpersonal skills to deal with govt. institutions such as D/secretariats, village societies etc. 
-Maintain a candidate pool for upcoming vacancies and ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
-Collaborate with management to identify, develop, and retain a high-performing talent pool.
 

Candidate Profile:

 

-Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant qualifications from the recognized university
-At least 2 years working experience in a similar job role
-Having Valid motorbike driving license preferred
-Sound knowledge on MS Package and effective communication skills
-A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate, educate and connect department managers regarding all talent sourcing matters.
-Preference will be given to those who are from Katana, Negombo, Kuliyapitiya  areas.
