Job Description
The Global Customer Marketing Strategist creates and executes marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand, advocacy and retention with our customers.
You will develop multi-channel upsell and cross sell campaigns, working with our digital and creative teams. You’ll create differentiating content that introduces new propositions to our customers and drives demand.
This is a fast-paced role for an ambitious marketer who is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can build strong working relationships with colleagues across marketing, sales and customer services.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
Develop, build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including a variety of tactics (digital, email, video, social)
Work with product marketing to translate value proposition and messaging into compelling campaigns that address customers’ needs
Manage production of high value short and long form content that delivers against campaign objectives, working with internal and external agencies
Work with regional marketing, partner marketing and sales teams to ensure effective campaign execution
Monitor, review and report on campaign activity and results
Overall Required Competence
Ability to create and manage compelling campaigns
Demand generation knowledge with a customer-centric mentality
Story telling ability and creative approach
Highly indexed on delivery and execution
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Confident engaging with stakeholders across the business
Collaborative and focussed on achieving best outcomes for the business
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and fluid priorities; able to manage multiple projects
Qualifications
Essential:
B2B marketing experience, agency or inhouse
Ability to design and execute campaigns effectively to achieve targets
Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business field (or relevant training/experience)
Fluent English; other languages are always a benefit
Desirable:
Experience working within a global, virtual environment and matrix organisation
