Digital Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in analyzing digital marketing campaign performance and customer journeys to provide actionable insights.

-Support the development and maintenance of dashboards to monitor KPIs and track campaign effectiveness.

-Learn and assist with implementing tracking solutions and managing tags using tools like Google Tag Manager.

-Collaborate with the team to create presentations showcasing findings and insights for clients and stakeholders.

-Stay updated and learn new marketing analytics technologies, such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).

-Contribute to customer journey analysis and segmentation using CRM tools under supervision.

-Support team efforts in optimizing campaigns based on performance data and insights.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.

-Internship or academic project experience in marketing analytics or related fields is a plus.

-Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

-Familiarity with CRM platforms or a willingness to learn customer journey analysis.

-Interest in developing skills in KPI monitoring, data visualization, and marketing attribution models.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

-Knowledge on programing languages such as R or python is a plus

-Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies related to marketing analytics.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
