Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to improve manufacturability by standardizing both machine & method, with the product development team using the PPA process, chassis & autonomation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership at PDRA (Product Development Risk Assessment), MI (Moulding Integration), FI (Factory Integration) and Pp (Pre-Production).
• Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at the Pre-Production stage and ensure the availability of the Tech Pack.
• Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirements for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi version 1.
• Certify Team Members are trained up to the expected standards and are on alert for abnormalities in the shop floor and engage in resolving them
• Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.

Knowledge and Skills:

• A Degree in Physical Science, Engineering from a recognized university. 
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset the strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
