DIRECTOR - MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Bodyline Trading (Pvt) Limited - Horana

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a Master’s in Business Administration or Marketing along with work experience of 5 years in a senior leadership role in Merchandising to join our team of changemakers. Through this role, you will develop and drive the division's long-term customer strategy by managing the customer portfolio, optimizing investment and resource allocation and leading all customer interface activities to drive profitable business growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Give Thought Leadership to derive the Strategic Plan to achieve profitable growth, through Revenue and Profit objectives agreed with the MAS Board of Directors.
-Devise initiatives to maximize Revenue from the existing / potential portfolio, through continuous improvements to product offering and service levels 
-Assess and exploit global opportunities to provide compelling options to customers in terms of price, lead time and duty benefits
Collaborate with business unit EXCO to develop and cascade policy deployment process which results in the formulation of the Hoshin for the entire Business Unit 
-Lead the functions of the customer interface to operational strategies, goals, KPIs and sanction action plans to achieve same, whilst ensuring deliverables are met on time and as per desired outcome 
-Make strategic calls on customer selection, development, prioritization, and when necessary, exit.
-Interact with the Customer representatives at the highest level to build trust and confidence, allocate necessary resources to meet customer expectations
-Give direction to the Product Development and Design functions to have the structure, competency and customer insight to provide an exceptional service that differentiates MAS from the competition.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Master’s in business administration/Marketing 
05 years of experience in Senior Leadership roles in Merchandising.
