Daraz is South Asia’s leading e-commerce marketplace (excluding India), offering comprehensive solutions across e-commerce, logistics, payments, and financial services. We are seeking an enthusiastic Information Technology Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in IT operations and support, where you will work closely with the IT team to assist in system maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and other technical initiatives that keep our digital infrastructure running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Ability to work and adhere to strict SLA’s when handling help desk tickets.
Be resourceful and a quick thinker in order to troubleshoot the latest and critical technical issues as they arise.
Awareness of how to prioritize tasks, stakeholders, and time.

Requirement:

Diploma / Higher National Diploma / Bachelor's in computer science/ computer Hardware/ Computer Networking/ Other qualifications such as CCNA.
Good hardware knowledge.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work and make decisions under a pressurized environment.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Willingness to undertake any IT-related tasks/projects given outside of the current scope if needed.
Willingness to work after office hours or during weekends if needed.
Willingness to travel to other Daraz Office locations and complete tasks if required.
