We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Rooms, to join Cinnamon Bentota Beach. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 17 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Resort Manager, the Director, Rooms will be responsible for the Resort's Front Office, Guest Services, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, Landscaping, Wellness, and Recreation. The role will be responsible for implementing the Rooms division strategy to ensure the Cinnamon brand and service standards and initiatives are achieved in the Rooms division.

Responsibilities:

• You will ensure the Rooms operations on the Resort meet the guest satisfaction metrics, colleague satisfaction, and revenue generation, and maximize the department's financial performance.
• As a member of the Operational Planning Committee, you will be required to develop and implement Resort-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet and exceed our guests and colleagues' needs and expectations and provide a return on investment.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Do you have work-related experience in a similar Director Rooms role in a Resort environment?
• Are you aware of the latest trends and service standards in Rooms?
• Do you have a passion for consistently driving guest satisfaction?
• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
