About the Role:

The Bar Manager will manage bar operations according to the Cinnamon standards to ensure excellent Services are provided to the guests while adhering to budgets, training staff, and handling guests' complaints. In addition, you will assist the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in achieving maximum F&B profitability and managing the restaurant's physical appearance, maintenance, and ambiance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bar operations according to Cinnamon standards.
• Ensure excellent services are provided to guests.
• Adhere to budgets and train staff.
• Handle guests' complaints.
• Assist the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in achieving maximum F&B profitability.
• Manage the restaurant's physical appearance, maintenance, and ambiance.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls within the department.
• Review reservations and upcoming events to plan appropriate staffing levels and schedule work rosters.
• Build and maintain good customer relations to safeguard the hotel’s reputation.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Food and Beverage trends within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Work-related experience in a similar role in a five-star resort.
• Awareness of bar trends and practices.
• Passion for consistently driving guest satisfaction.
• Good team player.
