Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Colombo. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable banking solutions. Daily tasks will include promoting and selling bank products, ensuring excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining records. The role also involves working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's overall goals.

Qualifications:

Customer Service and Sales skills
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and meet customer financial needs
Record-keeping and Data Management skills
Teamwork and Collaboration
Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
