We’re Hiring: Customer Support Agents

Quess Lanka is expanding, and we are looking for passionate and dedicated Customer Support Agents to join a growing team. If you are enthusiastic about problem-solving, teamwork, and supporting global operations, this opportunity is for you!

Role Areas

Depending on your skills and background, you will be assigned to one of the following functions:

Live Chat Support – Handling customer interactions via social media platforms (Facebook & WhatsApp).
Import/Export Coordination – Communicating with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
Analytics & Reporting – Preparing reports and monitoring performance metrics.
E-Commerce Coordination – Managing order clearance, shipment handling, and related activities.

Key Requirements:

0–3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Flexibility to work in 9-hour shifts, including night shifts (night shifts applicable to males only; shuttle service provided).
Availability to work onsite for the first 6 months.
