We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to be responsible for the Performance Management process for the division, aligned to MAS Center of Excellence guidelines, policies, and protocols in order to deliver robust solutions that improve work relationships, employee morale, increase productivity and retention and also support long term business growth of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely discussions & Critical role surveys with relevant sectional heads to identify high potential employees, prepare focus development plans and follow through and track progress and call out non-adherence of same.
- Timely and accurate mapping of incumbents to the 9-box, by liaising with the SBU leadership.
- Drive development interventions related to Succession Management module whilst providing necessary advice and approvals for customized development interventions by conceptualizing training needs with external facilitators that harmonies with MAS’ Competency frameworks and development gaps borne through the Talent Review mechanism.
- Ensure all Oracle preparations which are pre-requisites for the Talent reviews are completed in a timely and accurate manner, with the support of the HRBPs and the HRSS team.
- Ensure timely completion of the mid-year, end year goal reviews.
- Ensure timely completion of the goal setting within the stipulated time frame.
- Ensure that the required guidance and awareness is given to HR BPs and the senior leadership on key aspects to focus on during Mid-year and Year-end reviews and Values and Behavior Assessments and ensure that the expectations are clearly communicated to increase higher employee engagement via goal review processes and pave the way to support good conversations between lines manager and direct reports resulting in minimizing of employee grievances and enhancing quality of discussion, leading to higher employee engagement levels.
- Monitor Interim Goal evaluation process for the employees on probation prior confirmation. Liaise with management and provide support on Goal setting as and when required.
- Provide necessary support to individuals who have been identified, liaise with management, and assess Performance Achievement Plans (PAP), Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) thereby monitor successful completion.
- Ensure normalized ratings are uploaded to Oracle which will then be utilized for other talent modules such as Succession planning, Career management etc.
- Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following, Group company policies and procedures, best practices, relevant laws and regulations
- Liaise with the Center of Excellence (COE) team to drive awareness of the Career Management modules for executive and above employees, facilitate process training and resolve system issues if encountered.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree Human Resource Management.
- 1-2 years' experience in Talent Management
- Strong Research and Analytical Skills.
- Proficiency in HR Policies, Labour Laws and industry and customer standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
