What you need to do:

Drive the team towards stretched targets and consistently achieve operational KPIs.
Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations within the distribution center.
Ensure efficient use of storage space and proper allocation of manpower for shift tasks.
Conduct routine inventory checks and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support cost control efforts by minimizing waste and improving process efficiency.
Address operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

What we are looking for:

Degree / Diploma in supply chain and logistics.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
