Management Trainee – Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via various channels.
• Provide both technical and non-technical support, liaising with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with tech support, finance, and contact center teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and effective management of customer complaints.
• Promptly respond to customer queries, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement and implement suggestions.
• Prepare for product launches, changes, and promotions.
• Resolve registration issues, monitor reservations, and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken for reference.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management / Business Communication /Business Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, influencing, and Negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Sinhala & English, and Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Team player with ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities.
• Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
• Should be willing to work on a roster basis under minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle different types of customers.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure.
