Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive - Project Management / Scrum Lead who can ensure the successful execution of projects within our product development environment. This role requires a strong blend of project management discipline and agile leadership to deliver value-driven outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple agile teams.
Act as a Scrum lead, facilitating and supporting agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to agile principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog refinement and delivery planning.
Track project performance, delivery KPIs, and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Drive continuous improvement practices and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
Mentor and coach team members on agile and project management practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Agile delivery.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and/or PMI-ACP, PMP preferred.
Strong knowledge of Agile SCRUM framework.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience in software product development (preferably fintech/core banking) is an added advantage.
