What You'll Do:

Lead UX design engagements for medium to large-scale projects, owning the end-to-end user experience.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Create personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for design excellence to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences
Review and refine designs to meet high usability and visual standards.
Champion UX best practices and contribute to design systems and strategic initiatives.

What You Bring:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or equivalent degree
UX Design certifications.
At least 2 years of experience in UX design and research.
Expertise in design tools like Figma
Strong knowledge and application of UX strategy, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Confident in presenting and justifying design perspectives with clarity and conviction.
Skilled in using AI tools to enhance UX workflows.
