About the job

Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Campaign Performance Executive to join our Colombo city hotels cluster. As part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts—the largest hotel owner in Sri Lanka with 17 properties across Sri Lanka and the Maldives—you’ll play a vital role in driving our digital presence and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, and optimize the company’s presence across all social media platforms.
Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations).
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and KPIs.
Create engaging and brand-aligned content for campaigns, promotions, and activations.
Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, PR, sales, operations) to ensure consistent messaging.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and engagement.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management and/or digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
A proactive, results-oriented team player.
