Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Advisor, Leasing at Seylan Bank PLC. The role is based in Colombo with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Advisor Leasing will be responsible for overseeing lease administration, providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients, driving sales, and managing real estate transactions. The advisor will also ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Lease Administration and Real Estate transactions
• Sales skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using leasing and real estate software tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
