Manager (Financial Reporting)- HNB Finance Ltd Colombo
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the financial statements, monthly, quarterly and annually in compliance with IFRS, SLFRS, and industry-specific regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of information with regulatory authorities including the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
- Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities and other institutions.
- Streamline operations, improve systems and procedures and enhance quality financial reporting systems.
- Work closely with other departments to provide insights for strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting, or full professional qualification of CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in working with MS excel.
