KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Training Programs: Assist in coordinating various training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in updating and preparing training materials.
• Data Management: Maintain training records, track attendance, and compile feedback and evaluation data.
• Logistical Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, booking venues, and preparing materials for training sessions.
• Communication: Liaise with trainers, participants, and send reminders/get final confirmation in attending trainings.
• Post evaluation: Assist in the post-training evaluation process

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. 
• Sound analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
