KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in audits and inspections, contributing to thorough evaluations and compliance.
• Support compliance training and awareness initiatives to foster a culture of adherence.
• Utilize and maintain compliance systems and tools to streamline processes and ensure regulatory alignment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Sustainability Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Sinhala, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
